Meet your host
Nicola, a Wellingtonian, has been in the energy realms intentionally for the last 10 years, with Usui and Angelic Reiki training and activated with Light Language training. Nicolas interest in the esoteric and magical realms has expanded her understand and connection with the energetic aspects of navigating human life.
With navigating her own nervous breakdown and solo recovery through numerous practices, teachings, understanding and tapping into the resources of our own energy field.
This work from her Quantum Somatics Summit & Chakra Alchemy Program through to Shadow Alchemy Codex, if all looking at how we can support the nervous system energetically.
