Moving Past Life Regression...

Nicola guided me through my first past life regression and I had an incredible experience. Initially, through active listening and intuition, she was able to help me get a more clear idea of what it was I wanted to address in the present. I gained some new insights about how to address some of my challenges here in this life as well.

Through the guided meditation portion, I was able to have a clear vision experience in which I saw a pattern from this life playing out. From this encounter, I was able to release the energy of that pattern and bring it into awareness so that I may address the ripples as they occur here and now.

Chakra Alchemy Transformation...

Before Nicola took me through the Chakra Alchemy Program I was at my wits end.

I had been recently diagnosed with several medical conditions and was in a lot of physical pain. I was running out of medical treatment options and was looking for other ways to help myself.

Nicola and I crossed paths and she mentioned the Chakra Alchemy Program and I was immediately interested as I was actively looking for another way to deal with my pain and there she was!

I’m not a spiritual person so didn’t know my different chakras etc but Nicola kindly guided me through the process and educated me as I went.

Nicola helped me to realise I was carrying around so much baggage, some of it 2 generations old and I was mentally and physically exhausted from doing so. We sorted through it and finally put it to rest. She helped me learn to meditate and through this meditation she taught me tools to help deal with my pain, resulting in reduced stress levels.

As a result of completing the 90 days with Nicola I would say I’m more open minded now,

more activated even. Im working harder on improving relationships with others as I’d started to withdraw from people because of the burden of my pain.

I now feel lighter, taller because I’m walking straighter, I’m noticeably more relaxed and I find it easier to make decisions. My stress levels are way down and I’m finding it easier to relax and sleep. My fibromyalgia symptoms have greatly decreased because of my improved mental state.

But, I think the best thing is the feeling that I’ve finally moved on from my past self and the baggage and trauma’s that went with it, I didn’t know you could just put it down…..and walk away.

Deep Release Past Life Regression...

I recently had a Past Life session with Nicola. It was amazing! Her guided meditation was clear and genuine. I found the session to be very healing and enlightening. I was guided into a deeper level of myself which allowed me to see what was troubling me and why, clearly. The experience has been transformative and just what I was needing.

Nicola's voice is very soothing, and though out the meditation I really felt her warmth and support. I also felt very comfortable and at ease which allowed me to really open up Not only did I feel 110% better, I felt a great weight was lifted off my shoulders.

I felt supported, heard and important. Nicola really puts a lot of great care into her work and care for what she does. I have learned a lot about myself in the session. It put a lot of things into perspective and cleared up a lot of questions. the amount of clarity received has been such a huge help.

All in all it was an amazing experience. Nicola is very accomodating and considerate, I look forward to the next appointment to further learn and grow.
