All services are offered for Spiritual Guidance, Healing, and Personal Transformation. They are NOT a substitute for Medical, Legal, or Psychological advice.
You must be 18 years or older to book any service.
Respectful communication is essential for all sessions.
Sessions are private and intended for the client only.
I’m not a medium, and my readings do not aim to contact the deceased.
I focus on helping you navigate your present and future with a clear, empowered mindset, as well as reflections on the past to come to a place of release and acceptance.

- My services are intended to provide spiritual guidance, personal transformation, and healing. They are not a substitute for professional mental health services, including therapy or psychological care. If you are experiencing emotional or mental health challenges, I strongly encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional. My services can complement your therapeutic journey but do not replace professional treatment.
- I do not provide legal, financial, or health-related advice. Please consult the appropriate professionals for those matters.
- My sessions can enhance your progress, but I’m not equipped to address mental health crises or diagnoses.
- I do not guarantee specific outcomes; personal growth and transformation are unique to each individual.
- You are responsible for your own decisions. My role is to provide insight and guidance, not to dictate actions.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose energy does not align with my practice, ensuring a safe and supportive space for everyone.
- No Curses or Spells - I do not engage in, perform or remove hexes, curses, or spellwork for clients. My focus is on healing and alignment.
All client information, discussions, and personal details remain strictly confidential. Client stories are never shared without consent.

- Sessions may not be recorded, shared, or reproduced without prior agreement.
- The contents of our reading/session should not be made into a matter of public knowledge.
- What is shared in a session stays in the session. Confidentiality is deeply respected unless legal or safety concerns require disclosure.
- If you choose to record your reading/session, it should not be uploaded to the internet for public consumption.
- All personal and spiritual information shared during consultations, sessions, or interactions is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
- We will not disclose any details of your spiritual journey, challenges, or progress to anyone without your explicit consent.
- For group sessions or workshops, participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of others. Sharing personal stories or experiences outside the group is strictly prohibited.

- In relationship readings, I focus on your emotional responses and actions. I believe it’s unethical to analyze someone without their consent, so my focus is on how you can navigate connections from your perspective
- Boundaries are essential for both client and practitioner. Any disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate termination of services.
- Email correspondence between sessions is at my discretion. Updates you wish to send between sessions should be sent directly and not be expected to receive a response. Please note that responses are not obligatory.
- I trust my intuition. If I feel a session isn’t right or if I’m not the right fit for your needs, I’ll decline and issue a full refund.
- The future isn’t set in stone. I help you understand your available paths and empower you to co-create the life you want—no ‘yes or no’ answers here, just opportunities to shape your destiny.
My pricing reflects the time, energy, and expertise I bring. I do not engage in up selling or pressure tactics.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Instant download items cannot be refunded.
Last-minute refund requests will not be honoured.

- If you change your mind about a reading/session within 30 days of purchase, but earlier than 24hours I will offer a full refund.
- Packages must be used within a certain timeframe: 3-session packages within 3 months, and 6-session packages within 6 months. If no sessions are booked within this timeframe, the order will be closed and no refund will be provided.
- No refunds are given for completed sessions or readings deemed unsatisfactory. My work is about offering guidance and insight—not necessarily telling you what you want to hear.
- If sessions remain unbooked (for multiple session booking) after a long period, or if you are unreachable, the order will be closed without refund.
I value respectful, open communication. Any form of disrespect or inappropriate behaviour during sessions will result in immediate termination of services.
No sessions will take place in a moving car.

Code of Conduct
- Clients are expected to approach all sessions with openness, respect, and readiness for personal growth.
- Any form of harassment, aggression, or inappropriate behavior will result in termination of services, with no refund.
- If a client arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the session will be canceled without a refund.
- Please take notes during your sessions so that we can refer to them during our time together, instead of sending interim emails and messages.
- Time & Energy Exchange, please respect the scheduled time. Arriving late may shorten your session, and missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
- Energetic Readiness. If you are in a crisis or require urgent support, please seek immediate professional help. My services are complementary, not a substitute for emergency care.
Sessions should be booked on a regular schedule—weekly, fortnightly, or monthly—to maintain the flow of work. If you leave long gaps between sessions, it may affect the quality of results.

- Please provide me with some notes when purchasing a reading/session. To inform me of your needs/focus areas for the work.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase is completed. Please make sure to note the date and time of our meeting in your timezone.
- Sessions must be conducted in stationary vehicles only. If you are driving, the call will be terminated, and you’ll need to rebook and make a new payment. No refund will be given if the session is terminated for this reason.
- If you fail to arrive within the first ten minutes, your appointment will be considered a "no show." You will need to make another payment to rebook.
- Cancelling or rearranging within 24 hours is considered a missed appointment and no refund will be issued. A new payment is required to reschedule.
